Administration access

What a trouble!!!! editing admin information I am no more able to use administration functions. How can I restore them? Please help me soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am a limited admin and no more an admin.

The administration role is empty but I can no more access it.

    Are you hosted by Adobe or do you have a licensed deployment on your own server(s)?

    You should contact Adobe Support, and they will be able to make a new admin account: http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

    If you need a phone number for support they can be found here: http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-phone-numbers.html

    Always have at least one full admin account, as that is the only way to have admin rights. If you need to test having lesser access to Connect, create a secondary account.
