adobe acrobat can not be activated

deal all,
I have download the trial version of acrobat 8.0 profession. Before install the acrobat, I have closed the User Account Control. When I finished the installment, the adobe acrobat stopped the opening screen and had no reaction (looks like shotdown). Even though I reinstall it, such situation still remained.
My OS is Enterprise 64-bit Edition, I have no idea what cause such incompatibility. Hope someone can help me.

    Must be on the wrong zone. try to post your question for Acrobat instead of Acrobat Connect.
