Adobe app just shows "File not found"

Since a few days, when I start the Desktop app, it's just a white window showing " File not found" (in a fixed-width font). (No connection list or anything).

 

So I tried the browser solution, and when clicking the link in the browser, the app loads fine (goes directly to the meeting).

    Found some other installation issues, and created a new discussion/thread for that

    I'd try doing a full uninstall and then a fresh install of the App. Maybe something went wonky in an update.

    Just had the same issue, this time on Windows 7 (Dual but, previous was Windows 10). It worked fine, until it updated.

     

    I uninstalled, but the lastest version didn't install (download failed). Downloaded the full setup, but same download (!) error.

    Installed using the old setup - which installed the current version - and the issue continues. At least it installed with the old installer 🙂
