Hi,

I could not find a place to post this so I figured I would start in the general discussion.

I am trying to install adobe design premium CS5 on a MAC via the enterprise deployment but confused on the cmd line.

the doucment gives this example IN MAC OS: Sudo installer -pkg <install_pkg_name> -target /

but I am confused on the -target part. Is there more to this? could someone provide a complete example of this? Any time I try to install it using Sudo installer -pkg "/volumes/mac drive images/adobe cs5 deployment package/installation/adobe cs5 premium/build/adobe cs5 design premium_install.pkg" -target it fails stating Installer: error -target parameter required to install.

I am not sure what parameter it is looking for.

thanks

I'm afraid this is in the wrong forum - this is the Adobe Connect general discussion forum. Please repost to the Creative Suite or Adobe general forums.
