I need api to create a link in forced recording.

I don't believe there is an API for this. 

 

I know I've seen an auto-record custom pod in the past, but I'm not aware of an API for it. On-premise customers can turn on forced recording for all sessions, but customers hosted by Adobe won't have this optoin.
