Adobe Connect is a good and complete solution for my needs.

Yes, Zoom and Livestorm are easier to use and faster.

This depends by Flash and history of Connect.

Today I discovered Connect 10.8, but I read it'll not be for Hosted accounts.

In 10.8 a lot of things (finally!) will move to HTML 🤹🏻‍♀️

Questions:

1) why?

2) it'll be for Hosted in the future?

Tks!

    1. Ultimately the decision was made to not update Hosted accounts to 10.8 because the increased use from the world becoming Work From Home meant that Adobe needed to focus on making their environment scale to meet the additional demand. The risk of moving to a new version of the product was deemed too great while trying to increase the capacity and ensure a good experience for the users of the tool.
    2. No, in the future the Hosted environment will see the version after 10.8.

Please hurry up with the hostet version as well.

The hope for 10.8 is the only reason I am considering to keep Adobe Connect. The Windows Applications is just causing problems with VPNs, etc. 80% of my users use the HTML-Client anyway and it makes sense to have the same GUI.

Same for me: a lot of freeze in the App, almost unusable.
