Question

自分が主催者として作成した会議にアクセスすると、「主催者」としてではなく、「参加者」としてlog-inしてしまいます。

主催者としてlog-inするにはどのようにすればいいでしょうか

You are probably using a Named Host license, which requires that you must be a member of the Meeting Host group to enable full meeting functionality. I would guess that you are a member if the Administrator group, which can create meetings but not run them. Add yourself to the Meeting Host group and you should get the role you expect in the room.
