Adobe Connect 9 Add-in for Linux

Hello,

Are you planning on releasing the Linux add-in for adobe connect 9 anytime soon?. The 9 version has been released for a while now but there is no news about the Linux add-in, we have quite a few Linux users and they are already starting to complain about the poor support and we can't downgrade to adobe 8 since we own a hosted license.

Would be a shame if we have to start looking for another solutions, we have been using adobe connect since the version 6.

Greetings,

Miguel

    Hi Miguel/Jorma,

Sorry for your trouble. Linux add-in is not planned for Service Pack 1 at least. We will surely let you know if we have plans of releasing one in near future though.

Btw, Apart from using the share pod to share PPTX/Screen, participants can still join in the Connect meeting rooms in Flash Player on their Linux machines.

    Thanks

When Connect 9 was released, there was mention that the product team would be considering a Linux add-in with the release of Service Pack 1. I've not heard since then if that is still the plan or what the plan is for a Linux add-in.
