adobe connect 9: make recording optional?

When meeting room owners start a meeting, it immediately starts recording.  In Compliance and Control, the option for mandatory recording is on.  How do we make it optional?  The only other option in Compliance and Control seems to be to turn recording off.  Thanks.

Hi Ron,

You should see the following in your account:

If you uncheck the check box, recordings will become optional rather than forced.
