Adobe Connect 9 on premises: how to give public access to a meeting recording?

We are using Adobe Connect 9 Pro on premises.  We record meetings.  Is there any way to make the meeting available to public viewers without forcing a logon?  Thanks.

Hi,

Following similar thread will help you in making your recordings public: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5269788

Btw, make sure your On Premises Connect is accessible from outside world as in some cases organizations dont allow Connect access outside their own corporate network.

Hope this info helps!

Sameer,

Thanks very much.  That is the technique I've been trying, but it makes users log in to Adobe Connect.  Our meetings are run on the "allow any user with the URL to enter the meeting room" option.  So I'm wondering if there is anything comparable to that? Or must we give everyone a user name?  Thanks.

I am not too sure if i read that right.. Sole purpose of making recordings public is to give access to EVERYBODY even without a login username. Weird that you have already tried that and you still face the issue. Can you please paste a dummy public recording link (if that is accessible from outside) here so that i can try.. let see if we can work together to find what is not right.

Thanks
