Adobe Connect 9 Uninstalls itself / breaks itself

Hello All,

I am having an issue where we install adobe connect 9 on a users laptop so they can watch presentations/training vids and it works for one use and then when they go to use it the next week or month it doesn't work and doesn't appear in the program files list and when i go to reinstall it doesn't work again.

Just to be clear, what is being installed? Adobe Connect doesn't have any installation required for users to view on-demand content, other than Flash or a browser that supports the HTML version of the presentation if it is uploaded to the server.

What errors/issues are the users experiencing when they try to access something from Connect and it doesn't work?
