adobe connect account management

Hello from Berlin,

 

we ordered adobe connect March 29th, the payment was successful. But we didn’t receive neither the link nor is the product visible in my account (no adobe-connect application).

 

What did I wrong? Is there anybody with an idea?

Reach out the the Connect Support team, they should be able to provide you the link and login credentials or have the email resent. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

Check your spam folder, sometimes the emails end up there. It should have been sent shortly after you signed up for your trial.

Thank you for your answer, but no, there is nothing from adobe in my spam folder. In got two mails immediately after signing in:

  • Adobe Connect - Order Confirmation (Order #....
  • Payment Information with reference number

but no link to/for the product or app.
