Adobe Connect add-in 9: "save as" does not function and I cannot download the pdf document...
Hello,
I use Adobe Connect add-in 9, but I cannot "save as" a pdf file that my teacher shares or "save as" the notes or chat. What can I do? I have Windows 10 Home 64bits on two different computers (HP and Lenovo), both have the same problem. If I want to use the troubleshooter that it is in "Help" nothing happens. It seems that settings do not function or maybe I need to give some permission as administrator but how I do it?
