Adobe Connect Add-in installed but it keeps asking to be installed

Hi,

The Adobe Connect Add-in was installed but when going back to the page/video to watch it asks either to download again or it shows Launch Application.  If another application needs to be picked do you pick the default web browser here?

The full message says:

The recording must be open in the Adobe Connect Add-in

If you already have the Add-in and are still having problems, Try Again

It also had the pop up for Launch Application

What browser are you using?  Have you tried IE11?
