adobe connect add in menu bar missing

When I enter my class this morning menu bar missing. Yesterday everything was fine. 

What happend ? is there any idea or solution for issue.

    It sounds like something in the meeting room may have corrupted. I'd reach out to Adobe Support to see if an older version of the room can be restored, or, if you want a faster solution, try recreating the room.

    I have a similar issue - the 'Pods' drop down menu is missing from the menu bar on all my new rooms (the options I see are 'Meeting', 'Layouts', 'Audio'...). How do I restore the Pods drop down to my rooms?

     

    I also cannot rearrange the pods on each of my existing layouts.

     

    Any help would be great.

    Actually, it sounds like you were entering the room as a "Participant".  You may want to check your role.  I have several user-identities, and if I create a room with one identity, and fail to make another one a host/presenter, when I enter the room, there's no menu bar.
