I've downloaded Adobe connect add in 10 times and my computer still says I need to download it so I can access something.

    Make sure Flash is enabled in your browser, and you have the latest version. What browser and what operating system? Mac or PC?

    Are you using Chrome? Have you tried a different web browser?
