Adobe Connect Addin 11.2 r247 has stopped working

Every time I try to screen share, or share an application.  Any ideas?

    After a lot of testing I realized that if I use a lower screen resolution, especially if it's widescreen, Adobe Connect is more stable.

    Could be a bandwidth or system resource issue. A high resolution monitor is a very large image to try to screen share. You will see the best performance with a resolution closer to 1024 X 768, and you attendees will have a better experience, because they can see what is on your screen.
