Adobe Connect - bad customer support

I have purchased a connect account and used it a lot.
My credit card is running out, but when I try to select "Administration/Serviceplan" ... i get an
empty page.
The website returns a page with "Macromedia - Breeze Service Plan - Error" in it.

I keep getting email reminders of the run-out of my credit card. But the website pointed to in
the email is : http://www.adobe.com/support/email/cscontact/ ....
and that page does no longer exist!

I don't think Adobe likes us European customers, since you can't find anywhere in the Breeze
product, where you can contact the sales ... you cant find anywhere in the "support" helping
out.

So basically .. .I can no longer be a customer. My money might not be good enough for Adobe.

Anyone able to help here???????

A very disappointed

indeed, arrange a call back, they will be able to update your credit card details.

I have not seen the Service Plan link work on any account.

    I would go to http://www.adobe.com/dk/products/acrobatconnectpro/?promoid=BPBEH
and then click on the link in the upper left to have someone contact you. They will be able to direct you to someone/someplace to take care of your payment.
