Adobe Connect - Black Screen

Hi folks, quick question.  I was part of virtual classroom today and on two occasions my screen went totally blank although I could still hear the presenter I could not participate.  I was using an IPad Pro via Abode Connect Mobile App, the only way I could resolve the problems was to reboot the system and log into the classroom again. 

 

Anyone had any similar issues ?

The Connect Mobile App is... well... kind of old. It works for most situations but Adobe hasn't done any development on it since October 2018. 

I've heard talk of a new mobile app, but it's just that at this point. If it's not working, I'd suggest trying to clear the data and re-launching the app or going through and uninstall/reinstall process. Otherwise, use the HTML version of the room (if enabled) in your iPad's browser and see if that works better.
