Adobe connect c++ runtime error

Hi, when I try to start my webcam or open settings from the context menu, I get this error:

I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft visual c++ runtime libraries and also adobe connect but nothing changed. How can I fix it?

    Also having the exact same problem. I have tried every fix I could find on the net, none work. I need an urgent fix for this, and it would be wonderful if Adobe would care to comment!
