Adobe Connect Can't find logitech camera

I have a Logitech HD1080 p webcam. I have used this cam previously on another computer with adobe connect and it did fine. I am now having to use it on a desk top. It works fine on the acutal laptop it's self. But, when I try to use it with adobe connect for school. I get a message that says " Camera not detected". Even the schools tech support couldn't get it to work. We have tried privacy settings and several browsers and some other things. But still no luck. I was hoping someone out there had a magic button I can press to make it work :). Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you
