Adobe Connect Classroom - Changes made to classroom has now disappeared. Link not changed

Question

We logged in this morning and did a briefing session with our trainers which was reflective of the changes we made to the classroom yesterday. We logged back in 1 hour later and our link is now taking us to an older version of our classroom - all changes lost. Can someone help?

It sounds like there was an issue where you may have been put back into and old version of the room. I'd recomend that you reach out to Adobe Connect Support and have them look at the server side of the account to see what is happening. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html
