Adobe connect course goes into never-ending loop, cycling between various pages on both IE and Chrome

I'm attempting to take a course that is powered by Adobe Connect. I click the URL and then the web page goes into a never-ending cycle, switching between various course URLs, maybe changing every second.

Adobe Connect Diagnostics test passes without issue. My laptop is Win7 fully patched, IE10 and Chrome v39. Tried both Chrome and IE to no avail.

Adobe Flash 15,0,0,223 is installed.

Already tried deleting \bin folder from user\app data\roaming\macromedia\flash player\www.macromedia.com  and same issue still. Also tried re-installing Connect.
