Does the Adobe Connect Desktop application work on a 64 bit OS ? ( Win 7 64 bit to

be exact ? )

When attempting to login , it automatically flashes " Connection Error".

    Yes, it is supported. I just tried it on Windows 2008 Server 64-bit and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and it worked fine.

    I think you may have chosen the "Secure Login" option. Do not select that as there is a known bug there. If you server is set to login as SSL it will automatically launch as SSL encrypted so that secure login does nothing. See if that is the issue.

    reinstalling and clearing my temp dir appears to have worked !

    After working with Adobe , and with me doing some testing outside of our network , I found that in order to get this to work with our proxy , I had to install the Microsoft Firewall Client for ISA Networks.

    Now the Adobe Connect Desktop is working fine.
