Adobe connect desktop app isn't being installed.
It all started when on the second day of my use, I was unable to connect to a room, the preparing room kept refreshing and it was stuck there. I quickly uninstalled it and then again tried re-installing it. But it showed a promt that the setup file needs to stop running sessins to install it. I granted it permission, then it kept on showing the blank installer, where it was supposed to start download, it kept on loading for hours. I tried looking for any running plugins in task manager or sessions and found nothing. I tried searching on internet and cleared cache as instructed but it was of no use. I am currently using the browser version, but am unable to install the desktop application.
