Adobe Connect for Mobile: laundry list of debilitating issues

So, first off: you can't use the typing function very well.  The keyboard covers the text you are typing, and if you minimize the keyboard to see what you've typed then bring the keyboard back up it automatically homes you to the beginning of the string, so you can't edit.  You also can't then delete what you wrote because cell phones only have a backspace key, not a delete key.  You also can't "select all" or any other text functionality.  So that's an explitive.

Then the video is terrible quality and I get tons, absolutely obscene amounts of garbled audio.  I pick up maybe 50%-85% of what the speaker says, and I have issues broadcasting my own A/V, recipients once described it as i paused, then did everything at 2x speed.

Then there's the issue of there not actually being any settings you can select from in the app.  So that alone makes the thing practically worthless.

Finally, when I minimize the app the audio cuts out.

If you can help me solve any one of these problems then the next 5 months of quarentine will be much better for me.  Please help.

P.S. if you want to contact customer service you have to be a paying customer, so because I'm just the poor fool using the downstream mobile app and the host has way too many other things on the plate I'm basically really hating Adobe right now.  I'd rate the app a 2/10 but am literally forced to use it.

It's a dying application. The HTML version of Connect is becoming mobile friendly and I suspect the Mobile App and most of its limitations and problems will fade into the ether once it is no longer used. So, while I appriciate your rating, don't expect any change in it.
