Adobe Connect hanging on Loading(Win7)
I've run into a problem with some of my users who use Connect for web conferencing lately. The Connect screen will not load, it just hangs on Loading Adobe Connect. I know it's not a firewall issue because I can delete the user's local account, have them log back in to rebuild it and it loads with no problem, so it seems like something getting messed up in AppData or other system files under the user's folder, but I haven't been able to find anything that would specifically cause it. I've tried IE/FF/Chrome with the same results. Any ideas?
