Adobe Connect Host Account

My company has completed a merger and we can no longer use the name of our old company. All of our Adobe Connect links have the old company name. What is the possibility of getting a new license under the new company and not having all of our links break? Do you all help with this process. We have over 500 courses stored under Adobe Connect and need to know our options.

    You need to reach out to Adobe Support, us users here don't have the ability to get access to the back end of the Hosted Environment. This change is easy, but will cause all of the old links to no longer be functional, so you'll need to update any links you have out there to the new URL.
