Adobe Connect iFrame Safari

Hi, we want to implement the Event Catalog on our website. For that we used the given iFrame code. There is no problem on any devices but apple devices. Instead of the catalog you can just see a white area where the iFrame is implemented. On iPhones there is no chance to make it work, no matter of which browser we are using. On Macbooks I could see the iFrame in Google Chrome but not with Safari.

Is there a solution for this problem? We have tried everything but just can't seem to make it work.
