Adobe Connect in IOS

Good morning everyone. We have several problems by starting up adobe connect in our phones (Iphone), we are capable of watching the class but there is no sound. We are using mozzilla firefox and it was set up as prederminate browser but we don´t get it to work out. Is there any way to manage it?

    Be sure you are using the Adobe Connect New app, rather than the Adobe Connect app. Because of the shift from Flash to HTML the App had to be submitted to Apple (and Android) as a new application, rather than an update to the existing one. So, that may help. If you are in the new version of the app you should be able to select the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the room and then verify the audio device selected is what you are expecting.

    Thank you so much for anwsering. It helps us out. 

    But we dont manage to bond to app from a virtual plataform in a cell phone. It opens from the browser. We download adobe app from apple store but it does not open. Do you know anything about how to proceed with it?
