Adobe Connect installation error

Good Day!

Trying to install Connect Lic General 9.8 with internal DB option on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Installation is completed with non-fatal errors,the errors:

1) ERROR InstallPanel:385 - Install Panel threw exception while progess bar setup--For input string: ""

2) ERROR DBProcessAction:248 - Install method of DBProcessAction Class threw Errorcom.adobe.connectpro.config.utils.ConfigException[ACON-CONF-200-004]: Failed to connection to database jdbc:macromedia:sqlserver://localhost:1433;databaseName=breeze;ConnectionRetryCount=0;ConnectionRetryDelay=0;EncryptionMethod=noEncryption;ValidateServerCertificate=false

Application is not working, and there is no Adobe Service in "Services list".

What was going wrong?

    Did you purchase Adobe Connect or are you installing a trial?  If you purchased, I would suggest you contact Platinum Support if you purchased already, at 1-800-422-3623 option 1 and tell them you have Platinum support and need to talk to someone about your install.  This is typically the quickest way to get someone to look at your logs and potentially get on a call during your install attempt.

    Thank you for your answer! We have just purchased software, and the Platinum Support is active. But I'm not sure, that my English is good enough to speak with support team   Maybe the have e-mail adress or ticket system?
