Adobe Connect Issues

I am working with an Android phone.  On a Live Chat, I can't log in with my Adobe ID and password and can't seem to find where to verify it or a button for "forgot password" and 2) when I add text to the chat, I can't see it in the chat box and not sure if others can.  What do I do?
