Dear everyone,

I owned the 370$ pack for the Adobe Connect Learning with a maximum of 200 particpants.

I am confused with some details and I would like to know if:

This package follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ?

Does this pack imply a firewall ?

How much classes/ learning sessions could I open at the same time (if 12 sessions for 14 participants is it possible or not?) with how much people per session simulteanously ?

If it is needed how much does it cost a personal tarification for one participant to get into this session?

Thank you very much by advance.

Best regards,

P.Hairaye

Adobe Connect is GDPR compliant. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/adobe-connect-gdpr.html

This pack doesn't imply a firewall. It is software as a service (SaaS), and a firewall isn't really part of that.

If you purchased 1 Named Virtual Classroom Manager, you can have 1 instance of your Virtual Classroom open at a time. If you need 12 sessions concurrently, then you would need 12 Named Virtual Classroom Managers.

You really should talk with a reseller about purchasing Connect. The licensing model that Adobe has for it is very complicated and it's easy to end up with the wrong licensing for what you are trying to do. A reseller should be able to assess your need and provide you with the best fit licensing. To me it sounds like you don't need the Virtual Classroom license, as a Meeting license would meet your need. Sometimes Adobe's name for their functions doesn't mean it meets your expectations of what it should be. You can find a reseller on this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/partner-listing.html
