Adobe Connect Meeting Add-in

Hello All,

We’re experiencing an odd issue with Adobe Connect in our environment. The add-in presents a blank white screen when attempting to load meetings for a majority of our users. After significant troubleshooting I’ve tracked down the cause to Active Directory username length, with users who have eight characters or less in their username not functioning and those with nine characters or more having no issues whatsoever. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

    Hi Mullenjmm,

    Does it also shows the string "Loading Adobe Connect"

    Also is after refreshing the meeting login request again does it loads the meeting or still persistent with the behaviour.

    BTW its working for me when providing 4 characters long name in login.
