Adobe Connect Meeting recording

Dear Customer Service,
I have this account for three since I think 15 years, when it was a generous promotion. I am using it to show the classroom in seminars, so I am actually promoting it:) My situation at the moment is the following. I am working for a German University which uses Adobe through DFN but due to Corona the usage is limited. However, I would like to offer my team a short introduction to Adobe and would like to record this. Unfortunately the recording is not activated in my room. Therefore, I thought I would ask if in this specific situation if the recording could be activated for a short period of time? Thank you so much. Best wishes Iris

    I'd recommend you just open a trial account and use that to make the recording. Adobe is offering 90 day trial accounts so you could have the recording available for up to 90 days in that Connect account and could make an MP4 version of the recording and upload that anywhere you like for longer access to your recording. You should be able to do this from the Adobe Connect product page at Adobe's website.
