Adobe Connect Meetings - Universal Voice

Hi,

I'm trying to set up UV within our Connect account using our company teleconference details (number, delay and DTMF settings) but it refuses to connect either when testing the connection in Adobe Connect Central or within the Meeting itself. This is a hosted (by Adobe) account - are there any further settings that we need to look at?

    Colin,

    Are you getting any specific error messages?

    Two of the big items that sometimes get missed when using a UV connection are:

    - The phone bridge must be SIP compliant (most are these days)

    - You must use a toll free number
