I can't view a webinar recorded with adobe connect on my iphone or ipad

Correct. The mobile app only supports the live meeting function in Connect, not on-deman assets. 

 

Verify that the account owner has the option to allow recording playback to be seen in the HTML client and it should then work in your mobile device's web browser.
