Adobe Connect .Net SDK Connection Problem

Hello

We use your product Adobe Connect Pro 9.0.

We provide web services connection belonged to Adobe Connect Pro with Sdk that we downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/feature-details/adobe-connect-net-sdk.html .

Even though we have not had any problems until now, we have been facing the following problem for few days.

We can only take an action by connecting to this service over a specific ip but we can't establish a connection with web services over another ip or localhost.

Could you inform us about what caused this problem ?
