Adobe Connect No Audio in Recording (but can hear audio playback during recording)
I'm trying to make an offline recording of a recent webinar through Adobe Connect. During the recording, the on-screen playback is fine... both audio and video are great. But once recording is complete, only the video plays. I've tried both MP4 and FLV formats, as well as different settings for HD/Desktop etc. I know the audio was successfully recorded during the webinar but I can't get it to save the audio offline.
