Adobe Connect not recognized in Adobe Account - NO support

In my Adobe Account only a free version of the creative cloud is registered - my Adobe Connect license (bought over the official German reseller "Reflact") does not appear. The reseller cannot help me and sent me a link to a enterprise hotline of Adobe, where no one can be reached at any time. Leaving a voice message did not work as well. How can I get support?! 

It's really frustrating, when you cannot solve your actual problem at all, since you cannot even reach any support...

    Adobe Connnect isn't part of Creative Cloud, so you won't ever see it in your Adobe Acount for software purchased. You should have recieved an few welcome emails with how to access your account. It may end up in your spam box, so check there. If you can't find it, please contact Adobe Connect Support here https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html
