Adobe Connect not recognized in Adobe Account - NO support
In my Adobe Account only a free version of the creative cloud is registered - my Adobe Connect license (bought over the official German reseller "Reflact") does not appear. The reseller cannot help me and sent me a link to a enterprise hotline of Adobe, where no one can be reached at any time. Leaving a voice message did not work as well. How can I get support?!
It's really frustrating, when you cannot solve your actual problem at all, since you cannot even reach any support...
