Adobe Connect - PowerPoint Presentations

My Powerpoint presentation contains smart-art, but when I upload it to adobe some of the smart-art won't appear. How do I fix this?

You must save your presentation as a PPT file, not a PPTX file, to use Smart Art. The animations will NOT be preserved but the art will appear.
