Adobe Connect Pro Customization

Hello,

I need help to customize my account.

I firts created a trial account and I was able to upload my company´s logo, change colors and so on...

After the trial ended, we really liked the application and decided to buy it. I don´t know exactly what happened during the purchase process, but we couldn´t use the same account, so a new one was created. My problem is, when I login in the new account (trial has now been blokced, but can still be seen) I do not have the option to customize the account anymore! There isn´t such option in the administration tab.

Any idea on why this is happening? How can I customize my account?
