Adobe Connect Pro freezes my computer.

I have an ASUS Zenbook UX310UA-FC322T that I purchased earlier this year.
Specs:
Intel Core i7-6500U
8GB RAM
256GB SSD
Intel Graphics HD 520
As soon as I start up the program and connect to a conference, the program usually works for about 5 minutes before my entire computer freezes. Nothing works and I need to reboot is using the power-button.
When first discovering this issue, I contacted the electronics retailer I bought the PC from and had the computer be examined by an authorized technician for ASUS. The PC had its motherboard replaced as well as restoring the software, but to no avail. The PC has since then been examined twice, but the last times the workshop have not found any issues with the hardware - which points to a software-issue.
Have you guys ever heard of these types of issues before? We've tried re-installing the program, running it as admin, making sure that we're using the lastest version, everything that I can imagine.
