adobe connect pro: Install SQL Server step skips

Hi Everyone.

I am trying to install and configue Adobe Connect 7.5 and I have problems doing so.

The installer simply skips the DB installation steps and resumes the final Connect Pro installation. Due to this I am unable to set the SQL Server DB user and password that are prompted for, in the initial set up phase (this page pops up after the successful installation of Adobe Connect).

Effectively, I am unable to use Connect Pro even though the installation is successful.

Can you kindly help here? I am at my wits end.

    There are 2 steps to installing the connect server; installing the system files and then the configuration. Its the configurations step (which is after the installation step) where you put the details of where the db is and the db account. Are you jumping straight to the second step when you're trying to instal?
