Adobe Connect Pro Reports

I'd like to run and download a report that lists the completion status for each student in each course enrolled. I can do it one student at a time, but the output is not downloadable. I'm using the Adobe Connect standard tools off the UI. Is there a more sophistocated way to access the content in the Adobe Connect database? This is pretty useless as is for what I need. A simple report will probably take a day's worth of manual labor... unless I'm compleley missing something.

Thanks,
Sherry

Unfortunately, I don't believe you're missing anything. There is NO report function which will do as you describe (status of every learner for every course in which they are enrolled). This is especially true if you use curriculums -- courses internal to a curriculum won't be reported on unless the user actually OPENS the course.

There is a lot left to be desired on generating reports out of the database, in our experience.

I realize this discussion is a couple of years old but I am having a very similar problem and just as much trouble trying to solve it....so I am really hoping to find some help here!

I work as a corporate trainer for an organization of 800+ employees.  A new part of the annual performance evaluations, the employees are going to enroll & participate in recorded training classes that are available to them.  The Training department has created the list of several dozen courses which the employee may choose from.

My problem is this - my department & I need to generate a report that displays the users who have participated in any training over a set period of time.

For example: "100 employees took 17 classes in the month of July".

I have fiddled around with the "System Usage Report" and a few others but they are not as helpful or as inclusive as we need them to be.  The only option I am seeing at this point is running separate reports for each course and then compiling all of that data into one master list.  I feel that will take an obsene amount of work, especially for something that will have to be regularly (like every month).

Any assistance or insight that anyone can offer is greatly appreciated!
