Adobe Connect Problem

Hi,

We have 5 meeting and 4 virtual classroom licenses.

Although there has been no problems with our internet and device lately, we have been experiencing freezing problems in classes.

The problem was so great that we had to cancel some lessons and we were in a difficult situation with our customers.
We experienced commercial losses.

We take offline recording to import videos in mp4 format. However, now the problems are too big there too, it constantly gives errors.
We struggle for a long time for an 1 hour recording. We are very tired anymore. I am writing again. The problem is not caused by the internet, the computer, or us because the problem is solved when we move the freezing class to a different class that we open quickly. While one day offline records are taken smoothly, the next day it constantly gives an error.

Today, even in some classes, the system expels dozens of students, including teachers.

I wonder if anyone has this problem or has an idea.
