Adobe connect recorded meeting not working

Hi

I have shared a url from adobe connect of a recorded meeting and the person i sent it too only gets to 14 seconds and then it starts again.  I can view the whole thing to 8 mins.  What can i do to resolve.  The URL is a public URL
