Adobe connect recording conversion to mp4 video not working

Hi, I have a few recordings using Adobe Connect and both audios and videos are working fine in Adobe. However, when I make the recordings offline (conversion to mp4), only audio is working. The video only works for the first few seconds. 

Anyone know how can I fix that?
