Adobe Connect Recording Error "on hold" function

We recently had to put the "meeting on" hold and each time we did we could not download the "recording link". The message we got was "your content is currently being processed" see image below. But even after days the link cannot be accessed and the message is the same.

With all other recording we have no errors. Just when we use the "on hold" function.

Anybody, knows how to resolve this?
