Adobe connect recording freez and missing note pod
Here the issue i am having with adobe connect recorded meeting.
I have those recording working prior to the 9.0 upgrade.
After the 9.0 upgrade, there are the issue happen to the recorded meeting.
When you forward the videos, entire recording freeze and unable to resume. After reload the recording, the issue still exist.
Also, the note pod disappear from the recording middle of the videos.
Spoke to adobe support (support at india), they advice me that it's bugs in this new upgrade and issue with those recording.
All they said was, they are working on it and not ETA for it
This leave me pain and dry that 90% percent of the recorded videos that i have are seeing this unable to forward and freeze issue.
is anyone have some other solutions for work around for this issue? or any advice.
How can this be happening to Adobe? This recorded videos are the bread and butters of this ACP feature and screw this us big time.
This really screw us as customer and they should have test and test to make sure these things don't happen.
