Adobe connect recording freez and missing note pod

Here the issue i am having with adobe connect recorded meeting.

I have those recording working prior to the 9.0 upgrade.

After the 9.0 upgrade, there are the issue happen to the recorded meeting.

When you forward the videos, entire recording freeze and unable to resume. After reload the recording, the issue still exist.

Also, the note pod disappear from the recording middle of the videos.

Spoke to adobe support (support at india), they advice me that it's bugs in this new upgrade and issue with those recording.

All they said was, they are working on it and not ETA for it

This leave me pain and dry that 90% percent of the recorded videos that i have are seeing this unable to forward and freeze issue.

is anyone have some other solutions for work around for this issue? or any advice.

How can this be happening to Adobe? This recorded videos are the bread and butters of this ACP feature and screw this us big time.

This really screw us as customer and they should have test and test to make sure these things don't happen.

    Sorry, this is not an answer but...

    I have a couple of clients with similar issues.  We have a hosted licence (on Adobe servers).  Client has have Flash 10.3 and IE 10 but seemingly since the upgrade to Connect 9.0 they are struggling to watch some recordings. They freeze very early on or start just as a black screen and no more or revert to the start after a few seconds.  Older recordings made with 7.5 or 8 are ok. 

    Bizarre, but a real pain and likely to mean they stop being a client as we cannot offer the recordings.

    It would be great if someone could help with this...

    Adobe got to fix this bugs. This serious issue, 90% of the our recording have this playback.

    Support informed me again that they bug patch will not update till June or so.

    All they can tell me is Tier2 is working on it. This is just BS. Adobe got to fix this bug.

    @Aja As of now i have to record the screen with xspliter then load the recording to the adobe connet room

    So, user can see the recording for now.

    Hi Davis,

                 Thanks for the help but that not what i'm asking for help.

    All the archived meeting recording having the issue. As i stated, adobe support reported as a bug.

    That nothing do with the updated the plugs-in...

    As you said Adobe stated a bug ... so check if there's an update that solves that bug.
